Automatic renewal service rules
These rules are regarded as a supplementary agreement to CoolNew PDF member service agreement, which is an integral part of it and forms a unified whole with it. In case of any conflict between these rules and CoolNew PDF member service agreement, these Rules shall prevail.
If you click to “buy now”, and use CoolNew PDF member Automatic Renewal Service (hereinafter referred to as "this automatic renewal service"), you shall be deemed to have agreed to these rules.
You understand and agree these terms:
1. If you open this automatic renewal service and do not voluntarily and expressly cancel it within the subscription period, the relevant entity will automatically withhold the service fee for the next subscription period from the balance of the third-party payment account, bank card and other accounts (hereinafter referred to as "accounts") bound when you open this automatic renewal service 5 days before the expiration of each subscription period So as to extend the validity of the member corresponding to the subscription period. You should pay attention to the above account and the deductible balance. If the renewal fails due to account problems or insufficient balance, you will bear the risks or losses.
2. Subscription period: 1 month(subject to the subscription page setting)
3. You acknowledge and agree that we have the right to adjust the price of service. If we intend to adjust the service price at the time that you open the automatic renewal service, we will notify you in advance by email. If you do not agree to the adjustment of service prices, you may cancel this Agreement in accordance with these Rules. If you fail to cancel this automatic renewal service, the adjusted service fees shall thereafter be withheld by the relevant entity; We will inform you in advance by email.
If you cancel within 24 hours before the expiration of the subscription period, the relevant entity may stop withholding the service after deducting the service fee of the next subscription period from the adjusted service fee. After the cancellation of this automatic renewal service, if you open the automatic renewal service again, the service fees automatically withheld by the relevant entity shall be subject to the service fees shown on the then current page.
4.You will receive an email five days before the renewal date informing you that the renewal date is imminent. There is a link in this e-mail to a tutorial that will close the subscription renewal.
If you do not receive this email, you can easily close the renewal from your client account area at any time before the renewal date.
With automatic renewal turned off, you will be able to use CoolNew PDF before the expiration date.
5.Cancel automatic renewal process：
1）If you are using paypal payment method, you can cancel the trial or automatically subscribe by following the steps below.
1. Log into your Paypal account, and choose Settings (Cog icon) > Payments > Manage Pre-approved Payments
2. In your Show Active section, choose CoolNew PDF
3. On the Status row, choose the CANCEL button to the right of ACTIVE
4. On the confirmation popup, choose the Cancel Pre-approved Payment buttonIf you are using paypal payment method, you can cancel the trial or automatically subscribe by following the steps below.
2）If you pay by credit card, you can cancel the subscription by contacting the customer service email at support@CoolNew PDF.io, and the customer service will process your application within 1-3 working days.
6.We can also stop providing you with automatic renewal service according to the needs of operation strategy. The service period of your CoolNew PDF member will end from the date of expiration of the current service cycle.
